Addictive disorders manifest themselves in a variety of self-destructive behaviors including drug addiction, alcoholism, sex addiction, eating disorders and gambling. In the last 10 years, progress has been made in treating these addictive disorders.

Our center specializes in the treatment of alcohol and drug dependent individuals, however many of our patients will require specialized programs to mange the other manifestations of the disorder, and or cross addictions.

Our psychiatric and medical treatment team will assess the clients required level of care and we will individualize services accordingly. We offer varying lengths of treatment; treatment success is directly proportional to the length of time a patient stays in treatment. Success rates increase greatly after 2 months of treatment.

At SERENITY MANOR EAST we offer a Bio/Psycho/Social model of treatment as well as adjunctive therapies such as yoga, massage therapy, biofeedback, nutrition and proactive fun. 24 hour supervision and attention allows the client to feel that they live in an environment to which they are accustomed while protecting them from themselves and outside negative influences; allowing for greater chance for a strong foundation for recovery. All of are staff are professional and state licensed and continue to advance their knowledge and experience with this disease through continuing education. At Serenity Manor, we understand the critical role of supporting those first tender steps towards recovery. Our treatment team is hand selected qualified professional and caring people of integrity who are living examples of what it means to thrive in recovery.
